What is the difference between Promo Codes and Reward Codes?
At Custodian, we offer two distinct types of codes to give you extra value across our platform: Promo Codes and Reward Codes.
While both unlock perks, they are redeemed in different areas of the platform depending on what they are designed for.
🎟️ Promo Codes (Used at Checkout)
What are they?
Promo Codes lower the cost when paying for or upgrading a subscription plan (such as Base or Premium).
Key Features:
- Applied at Checkout: Entered in your Membership settings or in the checkout order summary drawer.
- Saves Money: Provides a percentage or fixed discount off subscription fees.
- Case Sensitive: Must be typed with the exact uppercase and lowercase letters provided.
🎁 Reward Codes (Used in Reward Section)
What are they?
Reward Codes grant direct feature perks, extra usage credits (like free Autofiles), or promotional access without needing to buy a plan.
Key Features:
- Applied in Rewards Section: Entered directly in the Rewards page.
- Grants Features & Credits: Directly boosts your account limits or unlocks tools.
- Case Sensitive: Must be entered matching exact capitalization.
