How to Redeem a Reward Code

Use a Reward Code on Custodian to unlock extra feature uses (such as free Autofiles), bonus account limits, or special promotional perks.

Step-by-Step: Redeeming Your Reward Code

1. Log into your Custodian account.
2. Click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Rewards (or navigate directly to app.custodian.club/rewards).
3. Locate the Rewards card in the center of the page.
4. Type or paste your code into the Special code field.
5. Click Redeem code.

Once successfully applied, your unlocked features or credits will automatically appear in your reward history and account balance.

Important Rules & Troubleshooting

• Case Sensitive: All Reward Codes are strictly case sensitive. Make sure to match exact uppercase and lowercase letters.
• Not for Membership Discounts: The Special code field on the Rewards page is exclusively for feature credits and perks. It will not apply a percentage discount to paid membership plans (use a Promo Code at app.custodian.club/account/membership instead).
