How to reset your Custodian password
Managing Your Password
Keeping your account secure is a top priority at Custodian. Whether you’ve simply forgotten your password or just feel it’s time for a security refresh, you can update your credentials in a few simple steps.
1. If you have forgotten your password
If you are unable to log in, you can request a secure reset link:
- Visit the Reset Page: Go to app.custodian.club/reset-password-request.
- Enter your Email: Provide the email address associated with your Custodian account.
- Check your Inbox: We will send you an email with a unique link to create a new, secure password.
2. If you are already logged in
If you know your current password but want to change it, you can do so directly from your account dashboard:
- Access Settings: Navigate to your Account or Profile section.
- View Account Details: Locate the Account Details section.
- Reset Password: * Find the password field showing your masked password (dots) - click this to open the 'Account details' panel.
- Click the "Reset password" link located next to the password field.
- Confirm Changes: Follow the on-screen prompts and click Save at the bottom of the "Account details" panel to finalise the update.

Troubleshooting Tips
- Didn't receive the email? Check your Spam or Junk folders. The reset email usually arrives within a few minutes.
- Link expired? For security reasons, reset links are time-sensitive. If the link doesn't work, simply request a new one using the link in Step 1.
