We don't currently have an automated way to change your account email but we can make the change on your behalf.

In order for us to make the change for you we need to ensure that it is definitely you who is making the request.

To help make the process as quick and easy as possible please send the following content from **both **email accounts to hello@custodian.club

Please can you update my Custodian account email address.

Current Custodian account email: your_current_email@domain.com
Requested Custodian account email: your_new_email@domain.com

How to delete my Custodian account

Sometimes people sign up by accident or want to delete their Custodian account completely.

|| This is often completely out of our control and websites embed our adverts in misleading ways in order to make money illegitimately (they're essentially stealing from us). We've noticed many people have been fooled specifically by UKTV, they have similar branding colours to us and scammers take advantage. We apologise if this is you, its outside of our control. Please read below on how to close your account. When you delete your account, if you are one of the above users, we would greatly appreciate if you can tell us on what website you saw the advert and/or signed up by accident from so that we can report them to Google for misleading ad placements.

We strongly believe in protecting and giving all our users complete control over their data and as such you can completely delete you Custodian account and all associated car information.

You can delete you Custodian account from your profile page which you can get to by clicking your account name in the top right of the application.

How to install the Custodian PWA on Android

If you’re looking to see how to install the Custodian App to your Android device you’re in the right place. If you're looking for how to do this on iOS and our native iOS app is not yet available via the App Store in your country, you can find instructions here: How to install the Custodian PWA on iOS

Custodian now available as a native mobile application which can be found on the Google Play Store here.

You can still ‘install’ the application to your device as a ‘Progressive Web Application’ (PWA) if you wish. PWA’s are almost indistinguishable from native apps in a lot of ways. They perform particularly well on Android devices as Google and Microsoft are big supporters of the technology.

Instructions below:

Step 1

In order to install a PWA to your Android device the first step is to open https://app.custodian.club in your browser of choice. In general we would recommend using Chrome for the best support.

Step 2

Once you’ve loaded https://app.custodian.club in Chrome, login to your account (or register if you haven’t yet) and after that you should be greeted with something similar to the below image:

How to add a missing car make or model

Whilst we strive to keep our database of known car makes and models up to date there is obviously the chance that we miss out a make, model or skew of vehicle which either we initially missed when creating our initial database, we haven't got around to 'approving' yet and/or its a brand new car! Below is both instructions on how to add a missing make/model and also an explanation on our process regarding how we manage them.

How to add a make/model:

You can add any make and model of car to the Custodian platform by adding it to our database. All you need to do is type in the the name of the make or model you'd like to add and then choose to add it to the database. You can see an example image of this below on taken from our web platform and PWA, however this is possible on iOS, and desktop applications.

Remove a car from your previously owned cars

| To remove a car permanently from you Custodian garage you will first have to archive the car which you can find instructions for here.

Once your car is in the 'Previously Owned' owned section of your garage you can remove it by performing the following steps.
